Monday, October 13th: As of 10:00am, all classes will be held as scheduled. Please check back one hour prior to your child’s class for any potential updates. We are monitoring the weather.
Please have your child wear comfortable clothing (golf polos or plain tee shirts, shorts or skirts, a hat, and sneakers – please, no jeans). Bring a water bottle with enough water to last through class, and apply sunscreen and bug spray before class (these will not be provided by coaches due to allergy concerns).
In the Event you are running late, please check the weekly class information below to help find the class if they have left the sign up area.

Check-In Daily
Classes may be canceled on any given day due to facility closure or coach illness, not just bad weather, so check the DAILY DASHBOARD each day for class status. Updates/notifications will try to be made 1.5 hours prior to class start (emails are not sent). Golf is an outdoor sport, and we could potentially have a class if it is raining. We suggest your child bring a water bottle, a hat or visor, and a rain jacket if necessary.
Rain “Make-up” Class
There is only one rain date “make-up” class per season. This will be used if one or more classes are canceled due to weather, unexpected coach absences, or golf course closures. If needed, it will occur after the final week of scheduled programming.
Last Minute Cancellations
Pop-up storms happen, especially in summer, and coaches may not be able to give a full 1.5-hour cancellation notice. Last-minute cancellations may occur when you arrive to drop off your child(ren). The SAFETY of your child is our top priority and if a class needs to be canceled when you arrive, participants, parents, and coaches must immediately vacate the area, as our policy is that all participants must be taken off the golf course premises by their families since the golf course is unsafe due to weather.
Attendance / Make-ups
Our coaching staff understands that your child may need to miss a class. Many of our participants do not have perfect attendance for all 8 weeks of a season, but we do not offer make-up sessions for missed class(es).
